What we keep, and why.

   What this covers

   THE LINE at crayvo.space is a pre-launch waiting list. Joining it does not create an account and gives you no access to the CRAYVO app — that stays invite-only. This page explains what we collect when you get in line, and what we do with it.

   What we collect

   When you get in line: your name, email, country and city, your role (student / just me / partner), your date of birth so we can be sure you are 13 or older, and — only if you choose — your phone and Instagram handle. Students may give a university email so we can recognise the campus. Partners give a venue name. That is the entire list.

   Why we collect it

   To email you about the line and your city opening, to place you in your city or campus queue, and — if you choose — to show a public card at a private, non-guessable link only you can share (never a numbered address, so nobody can find you by guessing). We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not build an advertising profile of you.

   Your public card

   A card is public only if you leave it public. A public card shows your first name, your LINE number, your city and your role — nothing else. No last name, no email, no phone, ever. You can make your card private at any time from the screen where your number appears, or by asking us.

5. 05

   Instagram

   If you claim your handle, you message us first and we reply with a code; we read your handle from that message. We never post as you, never message your followers, and store only your handle and the fact that it is verified.

6. 06

   Analytics and tracking

   We never secretly identify your device. We only measure how this site is used if you say yes first where the law asks us to ask, and ad tracking is switched off for everyone, everywhere. Public people-counts are never shown below five, so no small group is ever identifiable.

7. 07

   Keeping and deleting

   We keep your line entry until launch or until you ask us to remove it. Email legal@binari.digital to see, correct, or delete everything we hold about you, and we will.

8. 08

   Under 13s

   THE LINE is for people 13 and older. If you are under 13, do not join; if you believe a child under 13 has, tell us and we will delete the entry.
